Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries received through phone, email, social media, and live chat in a prompt manner.
- Accurately log all customer service requests and follow-up interactions into the CRM system.
- Assist in processing and invoicing for local and export spare part orders.
- Maintain spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Generate weekly customer service reports and provide updates to the business unit and department head.
- Proactively identify and escalate query trends and recurring issues to management, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee timely resolutions.
- Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a call centre, banking, or customer service environment is advantageous.
- Strong positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
