Digital Ambassador #TNJHJ

We are hiring a Digital Ambassador to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Proactively engage customers and promote digital banking products and services.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets.
• Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.
• Share product knowledge and provide information on promotions, features, and benefits.
• Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to the appropriate channels when required.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned work area.

Location: Bencoolen MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 7:00pm

Salary: up to $15

Contract Duration: 15 July 2026 to 14 September 2026.
