Architectural Coordinator

Job Description:
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
- Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan.
- Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors.
- Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained
- Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs)
- Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues
- Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
- Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
- Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule
- Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to master programme
- Prepare and coordinate on quality management and CONQUAS assessment
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, preferably a degree recognized by BOA
- Min 5-7 years relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building project
- Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements
- Possess strong leadership
- Commitment and responsibility towards the role
- Proactive and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
