nventory & Stock Control

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and components.
  • Ensure high inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and annual physical audits.
  • Oversee the picking process to confirm all required parts are collected and prepared for production activities.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders.
  • Verify all incoming goods against Purchase Orders and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including packing lists and export paperwork where required.

Operational Excellence

  • Improve warehouse layout to enhance picking efficiency and material flow.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse in line with 5S standards.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, racking, and weighing scales, is properly maintained and certified.
