Financial Analyst | UP$7000 | 6 Months

Work Location: Paya Lebar Quarter

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Summary:

You will be part of the finance team based in Singapore and report to Associate Finance Director. As a Finance Analyst, you will contribute to the monthly reporting under US GAAP and local statutory reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with KL Shared Service Centre for month end closing activities and prepare monthly reporting package
• Engage KL Shared Service Centre to manage payment process, travel and expenses to ensure queries raised by internal customers and vendors are resolved in timely basis
• Support in liaising with statutory auditors, tax agents and other external parties. Prepare draft financial statements and support ad-hoc financial review with regional team
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Responsible for quarterly compliance reporting
• Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation preparation and analysis
• Support FP&A team on monthly forecast, actual vs budget review and ad-hoc request from regional team
• Support internal process improvement project and new system implementation
• Other administrative activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 3 years working experience
• Advanced Excel skills, PeopleSoft experience would be an advantage
• Strong accounting and reporting knowledge, preferable with project accounting knowledge
• Time management and deadline/outcome focused
• Customer driven, an excellent communicator and a team player
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-tasking
• Wiling to work in demanding dynamic environment
