General Outdoor Cleaning/ Waste Collection & Disposal

• Empty Rubbish Chutes bins and replace bin liners
• Collect and segregate general waste, recyclables (if applicable)
• Transport waste to designated collection points or bin centres

Bin Centre Cleaning

• Wash and disinfect rubbish bins
• Clean bin centre flooring, walls, and drainage areas
• Ensure no foul odours or pest attraction

Drainage & Gutter Maintenance

• Clear clogged drains, gratings, and gutters
• Remove debris to prevent water stagnation and flooding

Use of Cleaning Equipment

• Operate equipment such as: Leaf blowers/Hi-Pressure jet and /or Scrubber
• Perform basic maintenance of tool

Ad Hoc Duties

• Follow supervisor instructions for special tasks
