ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sales and purchase documents to support sales and accounting teams in completing sales and financing transactions successfully
- Submit vehicle-related applications and documents accurately through the LTA portal to ensure compliance and timely processing
- Update and maintain administrative data and records in company systems to support efficient operations and accurate filing
- Complete other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the employer to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, to prepare and manage documents efficiently
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively within the team and with external parties
