Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle sales and purchase documents to support sales and accounting teams in completing sales and financing transactions successfully
  • Submit vehicle-related applications and documents accurately through the LTA portal to ensure compliance and timely processing
  • Update and maintain administrative data and records in company systems to support efficient operations and accurate filing
  • Complete other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the employer to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, to prepare and manage documents efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively within the team and with external parties
