Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and personable Hairstylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of hair services, a strong sense of style, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Cut, trim, and shape hair to achieve desired client looks
• Style hair using techniques such as blowouts, updos, and braiding to enhance client appearance
• Apply hair coloring, highlighting, and bleaching services safely and effectively
• Perform hair treatments including deep conditioning and keratin to improve hair health
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe environment
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay updated on current industry trends, styles, and techniques to provide modern services
• Recommend and promote salon products and services to clients to support retail sales
• Keep accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and products used
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to comply with salon and regulatory standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser
