Customer Service Executive / Procurement Executive

Job Description
- Generate quotations, perform cost analysis and prepare order acknowledgements.
- Support and respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Verify specifications of purchase requests from Engineering and external customers.
- Source, evaluate and liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead time and delivery commitments.
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with vendors to achieve competitive costs and timely deliveries.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on material deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to support customer delivery requirements and ensure smooth material flow to meet production schedules.
- Plan and update production delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Compile and maintain records of purchases, inventory movements, pricing, deliveries and stock levels.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records and transactions.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, production, planning and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve issues relating to orders, deliveries, procurement and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Reporting tools.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn new things and positive attitude.
