Environmental Services & Consultancy Pte Ltd (ESC) is a Singapore-based environmental services company specialising in wildlife management, integrated pest management, pest bird management, environmental consultancy and hygiene solutions.

We are looking for passionate, responsible and motivated individuals to join our growing Wildlife Management Team. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving challenging situations and making a positive impact on both people and wildlife, this is the career for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to wildlife rescue and wildlife management activations across Singapore.
  • Safely capture, rescue and relocate wildlife in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle a wide range of wildlife including snakes, monitor lizards, macaques, wild boars, civets, birds and other native species.
  • Conduct wildlife site assessments and provide practical recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare incident reports, photographs and service documentation.
  • Assist in wildlife surveys, inspections and environmental consultancy projects.
  • Educate members of the public on wildlife safety and human-wildlife coexistence.
  • Maintain rescue equipment, vehicles and operational readiness.
  • Participate in standby duties, after-hours emergency activations, weekends and public holiday roster.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
  • Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
  • Passionate about wildlife conservation and environmental management.
  • Comfortable handling wildlife or willing to undergo professional training.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, emergency call-outs, weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

  • Wildlife handling or animal rescue experience.
  • Experience in environmental services
  • Animal science or wildlife-related qualifications.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Animal Lovers
  • Work at heights

Fresh graduates and individuals with a genuine passion for wildlife are strongly encouraged to apply. Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship will be provided.
