Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations across 4 entities.
• Oversee project costing and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Oversee GST filings and submit GST F5 returns
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors, bankers, and tax authorities; prepare unaudited and review audited individual and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage monthly payroll processing for Singapore and Brunei, including HR administration and IR8A reporting.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
• Support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAPB1) and Microsoft Excel.
