Job Summary
Join our team as a Corporate Sales & Brand Ambassador to manage client relationships, promote Japanese sake and craft beverages, and support sales and marketing activities including events and tastings at our sake bar, Fermenteria.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service existing corporate and hospitality clients to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate accounts to expand business opportunities
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to meet their requirements
- Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate timely deliveries to ensure smooth transactions
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by contributing to business growth strategies and campaigns
- Assist in organizing and executing tasting events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
- Represent our brands professionally at industry and customer events to enhance company reputation
- Support evening or weekend activities at Fermenteria, including sake tastings, customer engagement, and brand promotion
- Collaborate closely with breweries, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about Japanese food and beverage culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with diverse clients
- Interest in food, beverages, hospitality, or Japanese culture is advantageous
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
- Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends to support events and activations
