Retail Associate

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Retail Associate to support the daily operations of our laundry and dry cleaning outlet.

You will work closely with the owner to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service. Training will be provided — no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and handle enquiries professionally
• Receive and process laundry and dry cleaning orders
• Perform order checking, tagging, and collection arrangements
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions
• Coordinate daily outlet operations with the owner
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and organisation
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Support other operational duties when assigned

Requirements

• No experience required (training provided)
• Willing to learn and grow with the business
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Attentive to details and able to work carefully
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a retail environment
