Programme Development: Plan, implement, and facilitate community events, activities, and interventions tailored to target groups (e.g., youths, seniors, low-income families).Includes block engagement through learning conversations.
Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to support programme delivery and community events.
Evaluation& Reporting: Conduct programme evaluations, gather client feedback, measure effectiveness, and prepare statistical reports.
Administration& Logistics: Assist the programme lead with administration, including budget management, inventory and procurement, and database maintenance. Manage website and social media updates and develop annual newsletters.
Networking& Partnerships: Engage and collaborate with social agencies and other relevant partners for programme planning and events.
Other Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the agency.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva)
- Min. Diploma in any discipline.
- Training in Assets-Based Community Development is advantageous but not required.
- Prior experience in programme coordination, community engagement, or social service settings will be an advantage.
