Environmental Control Officer cum ECMO (HDB Project)

- To administer and implement an effective Safety Management System in accordance with legislation and preparation for third-party external safety audit
- Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety Audits
- To prepare and conduct the EHS training for all employees
- Measure and monitor the WSH performance of the project and discuss WSH performance in the WHS committee meetings
- Implement effective Earth Control Measures (ECM) plan including erosion control and sediment control according to Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) design
- Responsible for maintenance and inspection programme on site
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirement
- Must be registered with NEA and IES
- At least 3 years of practical work experience relevant to the work to be carried out by a ECO cum ECMO in HDB Projects
- Experienced and proficient in Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring Plan (EMMP)
