Job Summary

Join our team as a Part-Time Clinic Assistant, supporting patient registration, managing appointments, assisting doctors.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at the front desk accurately to facilitate smooth clinic flow
• Manage and schedule medical appointments to optimize doctors’ availability
• Assist doctors during treatments and act as a chaperone during medical examinations to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Record and organize investigation samples for timely collection by laboratory dispatch riders
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor to support clinic needs
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a collaborative work environment
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills
• Prior experience is not essential

Other Information

Working Hours:

• Tuesday: Morning session
• Friday: Morning and afternoon sessions
• Saturday: Morning session
• you may choose to work on all 3 days or 2 days on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
