Job Scope
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and support AP operations
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and assist with month-end closing
- Follow up on AP queries, withholding tax matters, and vendor documentation
- Support vendor creation / update, exchange rate uploads, and audit documentation
- Assist with system-related finance work and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- AP or finance / accounting experience preferred
- Experience with SAP / Coupa is advantageous
- Able to commit at least 6 months
