Admin Assistant (need to know Canva) /part tiime ($12 per hour)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Admin Assistant to support the teacher in delivering high-quality English instruction to students and preparing teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom activities.
· Grade assignments, monitor student progress, and provide feedback.
· Help organize school events, reading activities, or English language competitions.
· Perform administrative duties such as record keeping and attendance tracking.
Proficient in using Canvas or similar learning management systems to prepare and upload teaching materials.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prepare clear, neat, and engaging teaching materials.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Docs).
Responsible, independent, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
Positive working attitude and willingness to support teachers and students.
Prior experience in education or administrative work is an advantage (but not mandatory).
Able to work part-time with a consistent schedule.
