Admin Assistant (need to know Canva) /part tiime ($12 per hour)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Admin Assistant to support the teacher in delivering high-quality English instruction to students and preparing teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom activities.

· Grade assignments, monitor student progress, and provide feedback.

· Help organize school events, reading activities, or English language competitions.

· Perform administrative duties such as record keeping and attendance tracking.

  • Proficient in using Canvas or similar learning management systems to prepare and upload teaching materials.

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to prepare clear, neat, and engaging teaching materials.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Docs).

  • Responsible, independent, reliable, and able to follow instructions.

  • Positive working attitude and willingness to support teachers and students.

  • Prior experience in education or administrative work is an advantage (but not mandatory).

  • Able to work part-time with a consistent schedule.
