We're looking for an experienced and passionate Store In Charge to lead one of our lifestyle stores. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence.

As the Store In Charge, you'll be the heart of the store, leading your team, setting the standard, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling inspired.

What You'll Do

Lead the Team

• Coach, motivate and develop a team of Retail Ambassadors.
• Conduct daily briefings and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate floor coverage.
• Train new team members in product knowledge, customer experience and brand standards.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Lead by example on the sales floor.
• Ensure every customer receives warm, personalised service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Encourage genuine product recommendations based on each customer's lifestyle.

Drive Store Performance

• Achieve sales and productivity targets.
• Monitor key retail metrics including conversion, average transaction value and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer engagement.

Maintain Retail Excellence

• Ensure visual merchandising reflects unbottled's premium lifestyle experience.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment and stock organisation.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and operational standards.
• Execute new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Leads with integrity, positivity and accountability.
• Enjoys coaching and developing people.
• Has a strong eye for presentation and detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Is organised, dependable and proactive.
• Is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences.
