Resident Project Surveyor

Responsibilities
- Conduct site and tunnel surveys to support project construction accuracy
- Prepare detailed survey reports documenting findings and measurements
- Act as the primary site representative liaising with LTA and Registered Surveyors on land titles and site boundaries
- Verify setting-out plans against approved construction and shop drawings to ensure compliance
- Establish and maintain tunnel alignments to meet project specifications
- Execute high-accuracy monitoring of tunnel deformation, settlement, and convergence to ensure structural safety
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Land Surveying
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in LTA MRT/Tunnel related projects as a Resident Surveyor
