- Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise site supervisors and construction teams to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and all relevant statutory requirements.
- Review project drawings, method statements and work schedules.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
- Resolve site issues and implement effective corrective actions to minimise delays.
- Prepare project reports, documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Maintain good communication with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
