In close collaboration with Red Hat's Partner Account Manager, the responsibilities include:

  • Achieving an increase in joint revenue for the partnership across South East Asia and Korea, with a specific focus on meeting the Annualized Red Hat Bookings target. Growth will be secured through strict adherence to the strategic objectives of the partnership.
  • Developing and implementing new joint go-to-market sales initiatives and programs in partnership with HPE and Red Hat, specifically in the areas of:VirtualisationArtificial Intelligence
  • Executing existing joint go-to-market sales initiatives, including:Ensuring the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating system is positioned as the preferred choice within HPE Infrastructure sales and renewals teams.
  • Serving as the primary internal representative for all Red Hat business matters within HPE APAC.
  • Providing reactive support to HPE APAC countries outside of the South East Asia and Korea focus areas.
  • Coordinating and leading the development of collaboratively created solutions between Red Hat and HPE.
  • Scheduling and facilitating quarterly business reviews with identified senior HPE and Red Hat leadership for the South East Asia and Korea Region, including:Delivering a comprehensive quarterly report detailing activities and performance against agreed-upon initiatives, including opportunity tracking, revenue performance, sales initiative status, and internal communication effectiveness.
  • Scheduling and facilitating an annual review with identified senior HPE and Red Hat leaders for the entire APAC region.
  • Presenting a monthly report to designated alliance stakeholders on joint go-to-market initiatives, encompassing associated opportunities and activities.
  • Conducting bi-weekly reviews of all large opportunities with the Red Hat team, ensuring alignment on all planned activities within the South East Asia and Korea Region.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically 5+ years in the Services business, Sales, Business Development or Engagement Advanced.
  • University degree preferable
