Role Summary

The Client Service Agent (Concierge) delivers front-of-house services to ensure a professional and seamless client experience. This role supports daily client floor operations, provides high-quality customer service, and assists the Client Services Supervisor in maintaining service standards aligned with organizational and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally, manage guest arrivals, and escort them to designated meeting rooms.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and update systems accurately, including notifying hosting employees of guest arrivals.
  • Take and serve beverage orders in accordance with established service standards.
  • Provide accurate information on building facilities and local amenities (e.g., transport, dining, ATMs).
  • Respond promptly to client and visitor inquiries, requests, and service needs.
  • Support daily operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with clients.
  • Monitor and uphold health, safety, and security guidelines; escalate issues or concerns to management as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Participate in team briefings, training, and cross-functional support activities.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service roles (e.g., hotel or front office environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse and high-profile clients.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
