Regional Manager (Social, Community, Esports & Events)

RAZER (ASIA-PACIFIC) PTE. LTD.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead social media growth, gamer community engagement, esports partnerships, and event activations across APAC markets (excluding China). This role requires a strong understanding of gaming culture, digital trends, and community-building within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Content Development

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive platform growth, engagement, and brand visibility across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, and X.

  • Create and manage gaming-related content including short-form videos, livestream support, and campaign assets.

  • Manage regional social media and content strategies across APAC markets (excluding China).

  • Monitor trends and platform performance to optimize content and audience growth.

  • Work with internal teams, creators, and agencies on content planning and campaigns.

  • Track analytics and provide performance reports and insights.

Gamer Community Engagement & Activations

  • Build relationships with gamers, creators, streamers, and gaming communities.

  • Execute online and offline community engagement initiatives and gaming activations.

  • Manage community interactions across Discord, Telegram, forums, and social platforms.

  • Organize tournaments, livestream collaborations, and engagement campaigns.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute gaming events, roadshows, tournaments, and community activations.

  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, talent, schedules, and on-site operations.

  • Liaise with stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Support post-event reporting and content generation.

Esports Team Management & Outreach

  • Manage relationships with esports teams, gaming organizations, and talent agencies.

  • Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, campaign integrations, and collaborations.

  • Identify partnership and outreach opportunities aligned with brand objectives.

  • Support ongoing communications and partnership management.

Partnerships Management

  • Manage partnerships with game publishers, tournament organizers, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities to drive brand visibility and community growth.
  • Coordinate partner communications and campaign executions across regional markets.

Requirements

  • Passionate about gaming, esports, and digital culture.

  • Experience in social media marketing, community management, esports, partnerships, or event management preferred.

  • Strong understanding of gaming and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments with high-performance expectations.

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.

  • Experience with content creation, livestreaming, or basic design/video editing is a plus.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours during events or tournament periods when required.

  • Being an active gamer or familiar with gaming culture and esports is a strong bonus
