Responsibilities
- Handle employee's staff claim
- Perform administrative support for HR duties
- New employee's orientation
- Maintain and update Staff Profile, annual leave etc
- Annual renewal of corporate licenses, and insurance
- Maintain proper filling of documentation and records
- Maintain Fixed Assets and IT Listing
- Responsible for office administration and filing
- Assist in recruitment posting
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Accounting/Administration or equivalent
· Preferably at least 2 years or more relevant working experience in the related field
· Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
· Team player who has initiative and able to multi task
· Fast learner
