HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee's staff claim
  • Perform administrative support for HR duties
  • New employee's orientation
  • Maintain and update Staff Profile, annual leave etc
  • Annual renewal of corporate licenses, and insurance
  • Maintain proper filling of documentation and records
  • Maintain Fixed Assets and IT Listing
  • Responsible for office administration and filing
  • Assist in recruitment posting

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Accounting/Administration or equivalent

· Preferably at least 2 years or more relevant working experience in the related field

· Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

· Team player who has initiative and able to multi task

· Fast learner
