Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze,and document explicit business requirements, translating organizational goals into actionable project scopes.
- Portfolio & Financial Tracking: Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and manage vendor payments or capitalization reports.
- PMO Governance & Standards: Support the establishment of PMO frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project toolkits.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project performance data to build management dashboards, identify risks, and recommend mitigations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of communication between technical teams, project managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements within the PMO office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years in project management, PMO, or business analysis roles, managing all performance dashboards and generating reports for submission to the project team.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience on rapiddigital transformation within the BFSI sector.
- Experience using process mapping tools to document workflows and identify gaps.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivottables, vlookups) and presentation tools (PowerPoint); familiarity with Project Management software (Jira, MS Project).
- Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting toolslike Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
