Creative Producer

Scope

The Creative Designer is expected to work on advertising and branding campaigns using a range of mediums such as online, films, digital, animation and prints. Your core work shall be on products, packaging, kits for teams, events, or location designs. You are expected to be a systematic design thinker and have seen projects from concept to completion.

Your goal will be to create and direct outstanding creative work that will help the Company achieve its desired objectives. You can expect to work in a small in-house team environment and shall play the lead role from brief to orchestrating and eventually executing all creative projects in a timely manner.

There will be comprehensive training on company SOP and department processes.

You will be working in a marketing team.

Job Description

• Developing concepts for all creative projects and campaigns
• Pitching your concepts to internal teams and external distribution channels (clients)
• Keeping clients abreast of progress and meeting strict timelines
• Storyboarding or translating ideas to the creative team or vendors.
• Leading multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance to agree direction and timeline.
• Evaluating and altering (if necessary) project contents before completion
• Ensuring all the company's visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
• Steering or writing scripts
• Oversee (if outsourced) or carry out photo or video shoots or any creative projects.
• Evaluate and select external vendors.

Requirements & Essential Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in the creative field.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin is a plus as we need to coordinate with our Taiwan office.
• Mastery of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, PowerPoint, 3D software and Canva.
• Deep understanding of typography, design elements and best practices across print and digital
• Ability to understand, contribute and author creative strategy.
• Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and datelines.
• Flexible, highly motivated, and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with external vendors and speciality resources.

Other Information

• Location: Woodlands Close (Singapore - Near Admiralty MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Probation Period: 6 months
• Salary Range: SGD2,800 to SGD3,500
