Job Summary

Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales project assistance by analyzing customer requirements, developing solution plans, and coordinating version delivery to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to formulate effective pre-sales technical solutions and prepare bids
• Conduct pre-sales project proof of concept (POC) and assess feasibility workload to support sales efforts
• Deliver pre-sales customer presentations and provide expert solution consultations
• Communicate repeatedly with customers to clarify needs and document detailed requirements
• Develop version output plans aligned with project progress and research and development capacity
• Track and manage the version delivery process to ensure timely completion
• Assist sales teams in completing secondary sales tasks to support business growth
• Provide daily technical support for post-sales projects to ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Software, Marketing, or related fields
• Two or more years of experience in market analysis, pre-sales solutions, testing, and delivery work
• Background in Telecommunications, Internet, Computer Science, Software, IT, Finance, Retail, Transportation, Security, or related industries
• Ability to independently organize and participate in client communications and business interviews to identify business issues and requirements
• Skilled in designing consulting solutions based on comprehensive understanding of client needs
