Job Title: Temporary Senior Executive (Hawker Centre Operations)
Location: Raffles Place
Contract: 3 + 3 months
Salary: $3,600 – $4,200 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours (may require after-hours / weekends when needed)
About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Senior Executive to support the coordination and management of hawker centre operations. The role covers tenancy management, cleaning and facilities coordination, as well as feedback and appeals handling. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance across centres.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning & Facilities Management
Work closely with hawker associations and Town Councils on centre cleanliness, safety, and operational issues
Conduct joint stakeholder engagements
Support and coordinate improvement works under Repair & Redecoration (R&R) programmes
2. Tenancy Checks & Administration
Conduct routine checks on stall operations, including usage compliance, encroachment, stall maintenance, and pricing display
Process tenancy-related matters including applications, transfers, assignments, joint operators, and ex-gratia cases
Handle rental waivers and other tenancy administrative processes
3. Feedback & Policy Management
Manage and respond to public feedback in a timely and professional manner in line with service standards
Handle appeals and case investigations
Ensure stallholder compliance with updated policies and programmes
Requirements
Singaporean only
Degree in any discipline
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proactive, meticulous, resourceful, and independent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to work outside office hours and weekends when required
