Project Site Manager

- Lead and manage site execution activities for electrical engineering projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning works for MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, DCIS/HMI, and associated electrical systems.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities including cable tray installation, cable pulling, panel installation, cable termination, testing, and commissioning works.
- Manage site teams comprising supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and technical personnel to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, risk assessments, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage electrical interfaces with operational teams, conduct site meetings, and provide technical clarification on project requirements.
- Review inspection and testing plans, method statements, risk assessments, and commissioning procedures to ensure compliance with project and safety requirements.
- Perform site inspections and monitor QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with design documents, BCA requirements, and applicable standards.
- Investigate electrical system faults, equipment failures, and site issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support testing and commissioning activities to ensure electrical systems are ready for operation and handover.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, manpower, and subcontractor activities to achieve timely completion within budget and required quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation including progress reports, inspection reports, test records, certificates, and handover documents.
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and key information to senior management.
- Liaise with project teams, site personnel, subcontractors, and management at all levels to resolve technical and operational matters.
- Monitor site activities and coordinate between office and project teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and promote safe work practices at site.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager / Management team.
