Engineering Supervisor

Location: Sembawang
Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 per month
Working Hours: Rotating Shift (6-Day Work Week)
- 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to minimize downtime.
Requirements
Minimum NITEC in Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or related technical roles preferred.
Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment and standing for extended periods.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
