Laundry Supervisor

Location: Sembawang
Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 per month
Working Hours: Rotating Shift (6-Day Work Week)
- 9:00 AM – 5:20 PM
- 11:40 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily commercial laundry operations.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor a team to ensure productivity and service standards are met.
- Allocate manpower and oversee workflow planning.
- Ensure laundry items are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
- Train, coach, and support team members.
- Prepare operational reports and escalate issues when required.
Requirements
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
Experience in commercial laundry, warehousing, or similar operational environments preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
