Ace Building Services is a growing engineering and infrastructure company specializing in electrical, plumbing, and smart utility solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter to join our technical team and support the preparation of high-quality engineering drawings for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise electrical and plumbing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce construction, coordination, and as-built drawings.
• Assist engineers and project managers in drawing preparation and updates.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
• Prepare drawings for authority submissions where required.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Maintain proper drawing records and document control.
• Support site teams with drawing revisions throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma, ITE, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Drafting, Building Services, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D). Experience with Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
• Experience preparing electrical and/or plumbing drawings is preferred.
• Good understanding of M&E construction drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Singapore building and M&E practices.
• Familiarity with coordination drawings.
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
