Job Summary

You will engage customers to understand their needs, deliver creative interior design proposals, and drive sales conversions while coordinating projects for smooth delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to identify and clarify their interior design needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively
  • Develop and present creative design concepts that align with customer requirements and inspire purchase decisions
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and negotiate terms to successfully close sales deals
  • Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products and services, meeting customer expectations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Interior Design (ID) or equivalent
  • Preferably with ID sales experience
  • Must be bilingual in “ English and Mandarin” in order to communicate with the English and Mandarin speaking clients or IDs
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Result oriented, independent and experience in customer service and sales
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skill
  • Basic salary commensurate with experience
  • Attractive commission (subject to individual sales performance)
  • Permanent position

6 days week (One off-day per week, to be taken on weekday)

Showroom working hours

12.00pm to 9.00pm(Weekdays)

11.00am to 9.00pm(Weekends/PHs)
