Accounts Assistant

• Position: Accounts Assistant
• Location: Paya Lebar
• Working Hours: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + performance bonus + medical benefits + training
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Accounting / Finance

Main Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Support GST submissions and basic payroll processing.
• Prepare accounting reports and maintain accurate financial records.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and other stakeholders when required.
• Support ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles will be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn.
