Process and execute Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund subscription, redemption, and switch orders accurately and within stipulated timelines for Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres.
Monitor pending transactions and liaise with counterparties to ensure timely confirmation of NAVs.
Communicate confirmed NAVs to internal stakeholders and coordinate with settlement teams for transaction booking.
Investigate and reconcile outstanding orders and discrepancies with counterparties.
Monitor fund transactions for unusual activities, including large subscriptions or redemptions, and escalate where necessary.
Respond to queries from Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders on fund operational matters, including settlement cycles, NAV schedules, subscription requirements, redemption terms, and other product-related information.
Support the launch and onboarding of new funds by understanding operational requirements and coordinating fund setup with custodians and fund houses.
Maintain fund distribution agreements and related documentation.
Follow up with fund houses on trailer fee reporting and related operational matters.
Report operational issues and error trades promptly and ensure adherence to established controls and procedures.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in fund operations, investment operations, wealth management operations, or a related financial services environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
