The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in a MNC environment in the eyewear retail industry
- Office Location: Central East
- Salary: Up to $3800
- 12 months; 1 year contract (renewable subjected to performance)
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm
The Talent
- Min Diploma in Business / HR or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience
- Right attitude to collaborate with different parties to complete task while remaining confidential.
Job Description
- Onboarding new employees from the moment received signed employment contract from HRBP/Recruiter
- Off-boarding existing employees from the moment received instructions from HRBP
- HR Administrative & Reporting on HR related systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Insurance & Medical Benefit Admin, Employee Shares Portal Admin, Government Surveys, Benefits Admin etc)
- Helpdesk for Employees: HR Systems Ticketing raising and following through, preparing HR Letters for employees and answer HR Queries
