Facilities & Maintenance Technician - Office hrs/MNC{East)/S$3200

A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of its retail outlets and corporate offices. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-presented environment by delivering preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and supporting day-to-day facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for retail outlets and office facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and other building-related issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are operating efficiently.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance works are completed to required standards.
  • Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures and risk control measures.
  • Maintain fixtures, fittings, and store equipment to ensure optimal condition.
  • Support installation and maintenance of LED lighting, display fixtures, POP, and in-store promotional materials.
  • Process maintenance-related purchase requests and support facilities administration.

Key Requirements

  • NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of facilities or maintenance experience, preferably within retail or commercial environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and building maintenance.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate is an advantage.
  • Willing to work across Changi Airport terminals and the Tampines office, with occasional overnight duties when required.
