This role is part recruiter, part marketer, part influencer.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively source and engage potential candidates (LinkedIn, referrals, events, outreach)

Screen and shortlist candidates based on attitude, potential, and culture fit

Conduct initial interviews and manage candidate pipelines

Craft compelling messaging to position our career opportunity

Work closely with leadership to align hiring with growth targets

Continuously improve recruitment strategies and conversion rates

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from recruitment, but you must have:

Strong communication & people skills

Confidence in engaging and influencing others

A proactive, hunter mindset (not waiting for leads)

Resilience; able to handle rejection and stay consistent

Interest in personal growth, sales, or talent development

Backgrounds in sales, HR, banking, insurance, or customer-facing roles are a strong advantage.
