Associate Product Manager

The Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and analytical Associate Product Manager to support product growth, localization initiatives, and customer experience enhancements.The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to identify customer needs, define product requirements, and deliver product solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify product enhancement opportunities and support product growth initiatives
• Support product requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, including the preparation and maintenance of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and related product materials in both English and Chinese
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive product development, testing, release management, and successful feature delivery
• Support product localization and customer experience optimization to ensure products meet local market needs and business objectives
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback to develop data-driven recommendations, while partnering with product and engineering teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of internship or professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with product management principles, Agile development methodologies, and software development lifecycles
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Figma, or other analytics and product management tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to support documentation and collaboration with stakeholders across Singapore and China
