Senior / Sales Operation Executive

Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales operations across Modern Trade accounts.
  • Manage sales incentives and commission schemes to motivate team performance.
  • Coordinate and review promotional activities, campaigns, and secondary displays.
  • Supervise merchandisers and sales representatives while monitoring team performance.
  • Conduct price mapping and provide updates on market trends and competitors.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, placement, and promotions in key outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key store personnel.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities and support store improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, meeting presentations, and process orders accurately.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and facilitate negotiations for promotions, space buys, and product distribution.
  • Plan and optimize routing schedules to maximize market coverage and productivity.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed, adhering to FIFO principles.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with a preference for Modern Trade exposure.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
