Sales Manager (Corporate)

Summary

To grow the corporate business and maximize room sales revenue for the Hotel

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target for room sales revenue

  • Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a focus on building long term relationships

  • Engage customers by attending to sales enquiries and conducting site visits

  • Responsible for RFP process

  • Sourcing for and meeting new clients

  • Work on first inquiry with Events Manager for corporate clients interested in events booking

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales call report

  • Prepare Monthly Account Summary and Production report

  • Conducting Pre-Conference meetings with various departments such as Front Office and F&B

  • 3 years and above of corporate sales experience in Hospitality industry

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • IT proficiency in MS office applications and Hotel Systems

  • Self motivated and results-focused

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality
