Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop precision mechanical systems for machine vision and semiconductor equipment.
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Develop custom mechanisms, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Collaborate closely with Electrical, Software, Vision, and Manufacturing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support prototype assembly, machine integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous design improvements to enhance machine performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Senior Engineer: Minimum 2-5 years of mechanical design experience in automation, machine vision, semiconductor equipment, or special-purpose machinery.
• Mechanical Design Engineer: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
• Strong understanding of: Precision mechanical design GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)DFM/DFA principles Pneumatic and motion systems Machine assembly and manufacturing processes
• Experience in semiconductor or factory automation equipment will be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
