Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Execute the scheduled, routine, PM & CM maintenance activities within schedules
• Reports directly to the Facility Engineer. Working very closely with each plant O&M Team.
• Quality preventative and predictive maintenance practices to be consistently executed effectively.
• Execute all assigned work types and deliver in a timely manner.
• Ensure all practices are in accordance to site HSSE (Health, Safety and Environment) guidelines and best practices.
• Contribute to a healthy work environment in all offices and workspaces.
• Key proactive member of the Sembcorp facility and fleet management team.
• Other areas, structures and infrastructure as deemed necessary.

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in facilities maintenance
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License
• Proficient in basic computer applications (PC literate)
