Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.

Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project Need & requirement.

Prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.

Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.

Monitor and ensure drawing submission, coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients etc.

Diploma/Degree in Engineering with certification in BIM Management.

At least 8 years in BIM Management with knowledge with design.
