As an International Business Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing Hegen’s international growth strategy on the ground. This is a dynamic role that blends market development, account management, business operations and cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for turning strategy into action, supporting market entry and working closely with partners and internal teams to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
Market Development & Execution
- Support the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and on-the-ground insights.
- Execute go-to-market plans across regions, ensuring effective and timely market entry.
- Maintain and update pricing, product listings, and market-related documentation in line with company guidelines.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with international clients and strategic partners to maximise market potential.
- Provide on-site support including product/brand demonstrations, business negotiations, and resolving any client concerns or issues.
- Act as a liaison between international clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and seamless execution of international business initiatives.
Sales Planning & Operational Alignment
- Partner with distributors to consolidate forecasts and align with internal production and supply planning.
- Act as a coordination point for partner requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Support the rollout of new products by equipping partners with relevant tools, training, and information.
Performance Reporting & Governance Management
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all business records, contracts, pricing agreements, and operational documentation in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports on market performance, sales results, and business opportunities, and recommend strategic actions for continuous improvement.
- Safeguard brand IP by tracking and monitoring potential infringements to support the global anti-counterfeit initiative.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business plans.
- Facilitate clear and structured communication between external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify gaps, operational needs, or bottlenecks within the team, and step in to provide support where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in international business operations, export sales, or key account management.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid presentation and organisational skills.
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cross-cultural awareness.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, can-do attitude and commitment to shared goals.
- Highly adaptable and versatile in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work across time zones when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage
