高级裱花师（Senior Cake Decorator）

岗位职责 | Responsibilities:

• 负责各类造型蛋糕的创作与制作Create and decorate a wide range of custom cakes
• 根据客户需求设计蛋糕造型，搭配口味与装饰风格Design cakes based on client specifications, including flavor pairing and decoration
• 参与新品研发与创意蛋糕设计，不断提升产品品质与创意Contribute to new product development and creative cake concepts
• 确保工作环境整洁，严格遵守食品安全与卫生标准Maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety and hygiene standards
• 配合团队完成日常生产任务，保障出品质量与制作效率Collaborate with the team to complete daily production tasks efficiently and consistently

任职要求 | Requirements:

• 具备5年以上相关烘焙公司或蛋糕裱花经验Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a bakery or cake decorating role
• 有良好的审美和创意设计能力，热爱蛋糕艺术Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, with a passion for cake artistry
• 做事细致、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player
• 能适应节假日或高峰期工作安排Able to work during peak seasons or holidays

加分项 | Preferred Qualifications:

• 有美术、设计或手工艺相关背景Background in art, design, or crafts
• 曾参与大型定制蛋糕制作或创意项目Experience in large-scale custom cake projects or creative showcases
