Technical Presentations: Conduct live product demonstrations, present complex specifications in simple terms, and prepare technical proposals.
Business Development: Identify and develop new accounts while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Research & Development (R&D), product, and project delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Customer Support: Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including client training and troubleshooting.
