Receive, update, and track vehicle arrivals in system

Ensure showroom vehicles meet display and presentation standards

Verify warranty, servicing, and vehicle documentation details

Plan and coordinate refurbishment and grooming work to meet turnaround targets

Conduct basic vehicle inspections and complete required checklists

Liaise with vendors for grooming, repairs, and maintenance services

Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure delivery documentation is complete

Manage movement and allocation of vehicles within showroom and yard

Process purchase orders and support procurement-related tasks

Arrange road tax inspections and related administrative requirements

Order number plates, parts, and manage loan vehicle documentation

Ensure showroom readiness for audits, events, and operational reviews

Monitor inventory and support smooth operational flow

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
