Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel.
Assist guests with taxi bookings and coordinate pick-ups with taxis and private hire vehicles.
Support guests with luggage during arrival and departure when required.
Ensure smooth traffic flow at the hotel driveway.
Provide directions and assistance to guests when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the hotel entrance.
Work closely with the valet and front office team to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Minimum Secondary education.
Able to communicate in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Service-oriented with a positive attitude and good teamwork.
